The ‘Yunzhang Guildhall’ was originally located in Qinhuai District, Nanjing. It was the guild of Nanjing brocade weaving industry in the old days. It was built in 1895 and has a history of more than one hundred years. There is a golden plaque in front of the door with the four characters ‘Yunzhang Guildhall’ engraved on it. The inscriptions on both sides are ‘Built by the industry’ and ‘The first month of the 21st year of Guangxu’. There are also traditional Chinese characters for ‘industry’ and ‘cocoon’ engraved above.
