Langguan Lane is one of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. It is located south of Yangqiao Lane and east of Nanhou Street. The east end of the lane leads to Dongjiekou on Bayiqi North Road, the bustling area within Fuzhou City.
Langguan Lane has existed since the Song Dynasty. It got its name because Liu Tao lived here during the Song Dynasty, and several generations of his descendants became court officials. The former residences of Chen Lie, a poet of the Song Dynasty, and Yan Fu, a renowned figure in the Qing Dynasty, are also located in this lane.

There is a memorial archway at the west end of Langguan Lane. There is a couplet on the archway pillars: “The translations and works are brilliant. Even today, the residence of Yan Fu is still well-known; The family was prosperous, and later generations can trace back to the residence of Liu Tao.”

Opening hours: It is open 24 hours a day throughout the year. The specific business status is subject to the opening conditions on the day.
