The Deji Men Ruins is located at Tianhou Road, Licheng District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China, on the south side of Tianhou Palace in Quanzhou. In 2006, it was listed as a key cultural relic under national protection in the sixth batch.
Deji Men was first built in the third year of Shaoding in the Southern Song Dynasty (1230 AD), and was then called Zhennanmen. In the twelfth year of Zhizheng in the Yuan Dynasty (1352 AD), it was renamed Deji Men and was repeatedly repaired in the Ming and Qing dynasties.


In the 1920s and 1930s, the city wall near Deji Men was demolished. In 1948, Deji Men was destroyed by a fire.


In 2000, the ruins were excavated. The excavation area is about 2,000 square meters, revealing the foundation of the city wall, and a large number of architectural components, stone carvings, iron cannons, etc. were unearthed.


Opening hours: Open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
