Yixian Huaxi Forest Park covers an area of 1.35 square kilometers and is located in Baimiaozi Township, Yi County, Jinzhou City, 40 kilometers from the urban area of Jinzhou and 5 kilometers from the Qilihe Station of Fuxin-Jinzhou Expressway. Adjacent to National Highway 305, the park enjoys highly convenient transportation access.

As a National 3A-rated tourist attraction, it is a multifunctional comprehensive scenic area integrating green ecological sightseeing, fine garden art, cultural landscape architecture, scientific research and popular science education, and recreational leisure activities.
The park features undulating peaks and rich topography and landforms, combining mountains, water, gullies, and valleys into a unified landscape. It boasts diverse vegetation types and abundant plant resources, gathering more than a thousand species of plants from Northeast China, North China, and Inner Mongolia, as well as greenhouse plants.
Within the park, specialized plant exhibition gardens have been established, including Tianxiang Garden, Yinghong Slope, Zhichun Garden, Huaxi Valley, Fendai Elegant Garden, Hefeng Pond, Ten-Thousand Sunflower Valley, Haitang Yingnian, Succulent Plant Viewing Area, and Pine Forest Leisure Oxygen Bar. These gardens echo the apple-picking orchard, arranged in a well-proportioned manner with seasonal variations, forming a unique botanical landscape. During blooming seasons, flowers compete in beauty with colorful splendor, creating a breathtaking scene for visitors.
Three scenic watchtowers with distinctive vernacular architectural features are built on the summits of Qianshan, Hulu Mountain, and Manshan. From these vantage points, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful scenery, which is refreshing and delightful.
The fishing pond, amusement bridge area, children’s playground, small zoo, children’s craft workshop, and food plaza offer visitors diverse recreational and leisure experiences.
