The Zootopia area is themed around ‘Zootopia’. It is the eighth major themed area of Shanghai Disneyland and officially opened on December 20, 2023. After the ‘Zootopia’ area is located in Shanghai, it will become another unique highlight of Shanghai Disneyland. New attractions, entertainment shows, merchandise, and dining options will provide more wonderful experiences for visitors to Shanghai Disneyland.
The new themed area will lead visitors into the vivid mammalian metropolis of ‘Zootopia’, ‘where every animal has unlimited possibilities’. Visitors will also follow Judy and Nick, the main characters in this Oscar-winning film, on a crazy and exciting adventure journey. Opening hours: Open from 08:30 to 22:00 on December 31 – January 1; open from 08:30 to 21:30 on December 19 – December 30; open from 08:30 to 21:30 on January 2 – January 4.
