UCCA Edge is situated in Yingkai Cultural and Creative Plaza, Jing’an District, Shanghai, encompassing a three-story architectural space covering a total area of 5,500 square meters. This includes 1,700 square meters of exhibition space, a wrap-around outdoor terrace, and public areas such as the lobby and lecture hall.
The spatial construction of UCCA Edge is designed by the New York-based SO–IL Architects.


As an integral part of the UCCA group of contemporary art centers, UCCA Edge remains committed to bringing exhibitions from renowned domestic and international artists to the public, including special presentations for Shanghai audiences and traveling exhibitions from other UCCA venues.
Opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, throughout the year. The center is closed all day on Mondays.
