Luobi Cave, also known as Luobi Peak, is located at the foot of Yinling, a small mountain peak with a unique shape. It is a limestone cave. The top of the cave gradually rises to 20 meters inside. At a higher place, there are two stalactites hanging down, resembling two suspended pens. Luobi Cave is named after this. There are many stone inscriptions in Luobi Cave. Among them, the two sentences ‘Luobi Cave, cave, cave, pen falls’ and ‘Jianfengling, ling, ling, peak is sharp’ are the same when read forward and backward. Luobi Cave also has many stone landscapes that resemble horses, dogs, monkeys, turtles, etc. There are also many lava caves around the cave. The famous Xianlang Cave (also known as the fairy maiden’s bridal chamber) and the fairy maiden cave each have their own characteristics. In March 1992, archaeologists discovered the Sanya site 10,000 years ago in Luobi Cave. It is a site where Chinese Paleolithic culture is distributed relatively southward so far.
