Fuli Hongshuwan is a high-end eco-tourism project passionately created by Fuli Real Estate, relying on the scarce local resource advantages. The total area covers approximately 8000 acres, with a total construction area of about 2.3 million square meters, including about 1500 acres of mangroves and approximately 788 acres of water area. The project is divided into two major parts, the South and North areas, by the No. 2 bridge for development. The first phase of development in the South area includes a championship-level 18-hole professional golf course (divided into A and B courses, each with 9 holes), a Hilton DoubleTree hotel, a Spanish-style commercial street, a 7900 square meter golf clubhouse (featuring boutique and merchandise areas, an SPA center, etc., providing a high-end luxury consumption platform and high-quality health services for customers), Canadian-style waterfront wooden cabins, and a yacht display area meticulously developed at the No. 2 bridge in the later phase. Fuli Hongshuwan encompasses three core functions: ecological landscape, sports, and vacation living. The overall design focuses on Spanish-style golf landscape villas (with beige as the main tone, off-white as the secondary tone, and red barrel tiles on the roof), emphasizing a bright color sense and spatial hierarchy, surrounded by a golf course, creating a strong exotic atmosphere with a relaxed and comfortable living scale. Open from 7:00 to 19:00.
