The group holds 11 first-level subsidiaries and 3 second-level subsidiaries. Huzhou Nan Taihu Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Nan Taihu Holding Group Co., Ltd. The current tourism sector includes: Hula Water Park, Nan Taihu Cruise (Chi Feng Water), and Miao Miao Bear Farm (Chang Tian Yang).
