Taizhou Museum is located in the Economic Development Zone and was opened to the public in July 2016. The venue is divided into four floors: the first floor serves as a temporary exhibition hall, the second floor houses the ‘Spirit of Mountains and Seas’ Taizhou Historical and Cultural Exhibition, the third floor features the ‘Affection for the Land’ Taizhou Folklore Exhibition, and the fourth floor is dedicated to special exhibitions of private collections.
The museum offers free basic Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean audio guides for its exhibits, and provides complimentary Taizhou Museum brochures. Visitors can rent audio讲解器 with their identification.
Opening Hours: The museum is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; it is open from 09:00 to 16:30 from Tuesdays to Sundays, and on National Day, it operates from 09:00 to 16:30. Service facilities include luggage storage, which is available for visitors.
