The Huizhou-style building on the west side of Ziyi Alley is the Guangfulin Woodcarving Exhibition Hall. The museum houses and displays many exquisite ancient Huizhou residential woodcarvings. Woodcarving is listed in the second batch of intangible cultural heritage lists approved by the State Council. Huizhou architectural woodcarving spreads Confucianism through various character stories and auspicious patterns, representing the level of woodcarving in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the south of the Yangtze River.


The museum houses more than 300 pieces of beams, corbels, architraves, doors and windows, and various types of Chinese classical furniture. It is very rich and can be called a treasure.
