Kaixin Xiuboyuan is located on Baodao Island in Zhenjiang’s Shiyexiang Town, integrating the Happy Island, Zoo, and Picking Garden into one as ‘Kaixin Xiuboyuan’. Happy Island introduces advanced technology and equipment from home and abroad, including Ferris wheels, thrilling pendulum rides, and a carnival symphony, as well as a play area specially designed for little ones.
The zoo houses a variety of adorable animals that visitors can feed up close, experiencing a harmonious time with these creatures. Operating hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 from September 2nd to December 31st; during Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, the hours are extended to 09:00 to 20:00.
Preferential policies include: Children under 1.2 meters tall (without accompanying adult ticket holders) enter for free; children 1.2 meters to 1.5 meters tall (with accompanying adult ticket holders) enjoy child tickets. Elderly people aged 70 and above enter for free with ID; those aged 60 to 69 (with ID or senior citizen card verification) enjoy senior tickets. Teachers with teaching qualifications, active-duty military personnel with officer IDs, and veterans with preferential cards enjoy discounts. Disabled individuals with disability cards (accompanied by adult ticket holders) and college students with valid student IDs also receive discounts. Journalists with press cards and members of photography associations with membership cards are also eligible for discounts.
