Haiyan Windmills is an exceptionally bustling place, with roadside stalls lining both sides of the road, offering barbecue, beverages, snacks, shooting games, and even karaoke. The scenery from the embankment is indeed refreshing, with a continuous row of massive wind turbines stretching out of sight.
