Tang Yin Garden (Tang Bohu Cultural Garden), also known as ‘Tang Yin Cemetery’, is located in the southwest of Suzhou urban area, at the intersection of Jiefang West Road and Xihuan Road. Tang Yin, courtesy name Bohu, is a well-known ‘Four Talents of Jiangnan’. He is a famous painter and writer in the Ming Dynasty. Tang Yin is good at landscapes and also specializes in painting figures, especially ladies. His brushwork is delicate and meticulous, unrestrained and elegant, and is highly praised by later generations. There is a double-eaved gate with clear water polished bricks on the facade. It is engraved with the four characters ‘Tang Yin Cemetery’. Passing through the east-west lobby to the north, the square pool with stone revetment and the granite two-column soaring archway, there are the Tang Yin memorial exhibition rooms composed of Peach Blossom Immortal Hall, Dream Ink Hall, and Liuru Hall.
