The Suzhou Kunqu Opera Theater is located near Taohuawu and close to the former residence of Tang Bohu. In recent years, the successive launch of the Kunqu masterpieces ‘Peony Pavilion’ and ‘Palace of Eternal Youth’ has once again boosted the reputation of the Suzhou Kunqu Opera Theater. Inside the theater, there is the Lanyun Theater. There are not many performances. Usually, it is used for the rehearsal of the troupe. Open all year round from 09:00 to 22:00.
