Sannong Farm, founded in 2011, is nestled in the picturesque Miaoxi Town of Huzhou. It lies in close proximity to the majestic Mount Moganshan and the lingering ridges of Tianmu Mountain, specifically within a serene valley. This historic location is renowned as the place where the esteemed Lu Yu composed the ‘Classic of Tea’. The farm spans a diverse range of planting and breeding areas from south to north, encompassing vegetable fields, fish ponds, pens for a variety of poultry including chickens, ducks, and geese, sheep pastures, and fields. These areas ensure a continuous supply of fresh produce for both the staff and visiting customers throughout the year.
The farm boasts an abundance of lush vegetation, with species such as Metasequoia, Taxodium, Triangular Maple, Ulmus parvifolia, Sophora japonica, Ligustrum lucidum, American Pear, and Thornless Rubus scattered across its 400-acre expanse. In the central area of the farm, a natural grass football field measuring 32×50 meters is surrounded by trees and equipped with professional lighting for night games. Two distinct lake surfaces provide opportunities for water sports such as canoeing and paddleboarding, and for those who prefer a more tranquil activity, fishing is also an option.The farm operates daily from January 1st to December 31st, with opening hours from 09:00 to 18:00. Regarding preferential policies, the following applies:
1. Free admission is granted to children under 1.2 meters in height (not included).
2. Half-price admission is offered to children between 1.2 meters (included) and 1.4 meters (not included) in height.
