Abing’s former residence, originally the Leizun Temple Taoist hall, is a place of great historical and cultural significance. It is here that he was born, lived, and died, and where he created most of his renowned masterpieces. Despite his later years being marked by poverty and illness, Abing continued to live and work in a humble one-story house located on the east side of the Taoist hall.
This small, single-story dwelling, with its hard mountain top, spans an area of approximately 20 square meters and includes a small attic. Remarkably, the house has been preserved in its original state, offering a glimpse into the life of the artist. The original site of the Leizun Temple and most of its attached rooms have also been maintained in their original condition, providing a rich historical context.
Visitors are welcome to explore this cultural treasure from 09:00 to 17:00 every day of the year.
