The Ancient Wood Museum is located in the picturesque Taihu Lake Tourism Resort, surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the lake on one side. It is a multifunctional exhibition hall that integrates forest art, forest culture, and forest science popularization. The museum currently houses over 300 pieces of ancient wood treasures, including ancient trees with a history of hundreds of millions of years, allowing visitors to marvel at the wonders of nature’s creation during their tour.
Opening hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 all year round. Additional information on preferential policies: 1. Children under 1.2 meters in height (not including 1.2 meters) enter for free. (The above preferential policies require on-site purchase at the scenic spot).
