The Ancient Wood Museum is located in the beautiful Taihu Lake tourist resort area. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing Taihu Lake on one side, it is a multi-functional exhibition hall integrating forest art, forest culture and forest science popularization. Currently, it houses more than 300 rare ancient wood pieces, including ancient trees with a history of hundreds of millions of years, allowing people to feel the magic of nature’s creation during the tour. Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:30 to 16:30. Supplementary note on preferential policies: 1. Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) in height are free.
