This Lunar New Year, I barely cooked at home due to the excellent group buying deals available on the Ctrip App for certain restaurants, which were usable from the fourth day of the Lunar New Year.

[Specialty] Cantonese-style soup.

[Ambience] The environment is simple yet elegant, decorated in a youthful style. The comfortable back-to-back train car seats with appropriate spacing allow for a relaxed dining experience, despite the close proximity of tables, as the soft murmur of diners does not disturb the mood or appetite.
[Service] Upon seating, complimentary fruits are served, and the staff inquire about dietary preferences after ordering, proactively refilling soup and portioning dishes with just the right amount of warmth.
[Dishes] The signature dish here is the authentic chicken and abalone soup, where the chicken is soaked in the restaurant’s secret broth, enhanced by the addition of abalone for an even more delicious soup. Once served, start with three bowls of soup: it warms the stomach and is sweet and fresh. Then, enjoy the chicken. Selected from Guangdong’s Qingyuan chickens, it remains tender even after long cooking, with a loose yet cohesive texture. The beef, after being dipped, carries the fragrance of the bone broth. When bitten into, it releases a burst of juice that fills the mouth, providing an overwhelming sense of satisfaction that is so sweet it makes one close their eyes.
Such a flavorful broth should not be wasted. It is perfect for dipping vegetables (fresh cordyceps, yam, enoki mushrooms, konjac noodles, crown daisy). If chicken and abalone are not enough to satisfy you, consider adding shrimp balls or luncheon meat.
The claypot rice served at the table emanates a warm steam, with the aroma of cured meat filling the air. The bright red cured meat is wrapped in layers of fat, reflecting a soft, warm light under the lamplight. Along the edge of the claypot, there is a thick layer of crispy rice crust. After thorough mixing, the crust at the edge of the pot falls off in chunks, with a yellowish hue that is enticing to all. The taste of the cured meat spreads as you eat, leaving a memorable fragrance.
