Ayeshan, named for its ‘sea fog that often obscures the daylight like night,’ offers a spectacular view of the sunrise from its main peak, Laoye Summit. From this vantage point, one can see the surrounding peaks enveloped in a perennial mist, resembling the legendary Penglai. With its enchanting scenery, Ayeshan is a feast for the eyes, showcasing the grandeur of clouds and mists. Although occasional steel mill smoke may mar the view, on clear, wind-favorable days, it remains a refreshing and invigorating place for physical exercise. The scenic area is open year-round from 08:00 to 17:00.
