Bai Long Temple is located within the Western Suburb Forest Park in Yangzhou City (Baiyang Mountain, Liuji Town, Yizheng City) and was originally constructed during the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang. The original temple was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution when the ‘Four Olds’ were dismantled. In 1984, Master Wenren rebuilt the temple by gathering donations from various places, covering an area of over 30 acres. It now includes a main hall, eastern and western side halls, and living quarters. The temple is open to visitors from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM all year round.
