Baima Lake is located about 30 kilometers southeast of Huai’an urban area. It connects the Grand Canal in the east, connects the waterway from the Huaihe River to the Yangtze River in the south, leans against Hongze Lake in the west, and connects the waterway from the Huaihe River to the Yangtze River in the north. It is a transit lake on the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, one of the top ten lakes in Jiangsu Province, and one of the 15 key protected lakes with good ecology in the country.
Relying on the natural location advantages of Baima Lake, Huai’an Baima Lake Tourist Resort has beautiful scenery, excellent ecology, and refreshing air. At present, Huai’an Baima Lake Tourist Resort has been created as a national wetland park, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, and a water conservancy scenic spot in Jiangsu Province. The Baima Lake Tourist Resort currently has tourist attractions such as chrysanthemum garden, Story of Sunflowers, wetland park, Adventure on Three Islands, karting competition center, RV camp, Happy City Ecological Park, and off-road vehicle base. The Baima Lake Tourist Resort continuously digs deep into natural and cultural tourism resources to create characteristic tourism brands. A Baima Lake with ‘exposed ecological scenery, connotative cultural heritage, and industrial tension’ has been formed. Opening hours: Open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00.
