Jinshi Garden is located in the east of the west garden of Xuzhou Binhu Park and on the north side of Bayi Dam. The first-phase project features more than 50 large-scale seal cutting works on metal and stone. Famous seals of past dynasties and some words of praise for Xuzhou by celebrities are selected. The stones used are all granite. In Jinshi Garden, a huge stone measuring 12 meters in length and 2 meters in height is being installed. On it are engraved five large characters ‘Pengcheng Jinshi Garden’, and there are also 100 seals of celebrities and emperors engraved. According to the construction party, this huge stone is the symbol of Jinshi Garden, and a circle of glass seals will be laid around it. Different from the seal cutting works on metal and stone, a glass seal work and a copper seal work are also installed in the garden, which become a major highlight of the park. The glass seal work is about 2 meters high and 1 meter wide, with a hollow in the middle and two stone seals protruding on it. The copper seal is polygonal, with a total of 12 facades, and each facade has a seal. ‘The construction of Jinshi Garden adds cultural charm to the park with a series of seal cutting works.’ Open all year round and open 24 hours a day.
