The Bodhi Temple is located in Anting Old Street, Anting Town. It was first built in the second year of Chiwu (239) during the Three Kingdoms period. It is the earliest Buddhist temple in Jiading District and one of the Buddhist temples with a very long history in Shanghai. The reconstructed Bodhi Temple is in the style of Ming and Qing dynasties. The structure is divided into parts such as the Great Buddha Hall, Bodhi Pavilion, and Sutra Depository. The Great Buddha Hall is a seven-bay double-eaved gable and hip roof style, with a solemn and majestic appearance. Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:00 to 16:30. In case of special activities, the opening hours may change. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.
