If you have limited time, the Central Lake Area is an excellent choice for visiting Thousand Islands Lake, and boating is the preferred method of exploration for most tourists. Overlooking the panoramic view of Thousand Islands Lake from the Meifeng Commanding View observation deck is a must-do when visiting. Ascending and descending the mountain can be done via cable car, sliding grass, or on foot, which is not too physically demanding. Yule Island features fish feeding activities and is the only island on the lake where meals are available, although the value for money is average. Moonlight Island, also known as Wulong Island, consists of five small islands, each offering different experiential activities, with the Lock Island adorned with love locks being relatively interesting.
