Changshu Confucian Temple

The Changshu Confucian Temple was built in the Northern Song Dynasty and has always occupied an important position in the history of Changshu. After modern reconstruction and renovation, it is now magnificent and very spectacular. Yan Yan, who was born in Changshu, is the only southern disciple of Confucius in the Spring and Autumn Period. Now taking Yan Yan as the object of blessing is a major feature of the Changshu Confucian Temple. The Changshu Confucian Temple mainly has three axes, which are divided into east line, middle line and west line. The layout is reasonable. There are dozens of historical sites such as steles from the Yuan Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, which are very worth seeing.
