Changyang Park, also known as Fangshan New City Bin Shui Forest Park, is located in Fangshan District, Beijing. The park has been designed to create an ecological waterfront landscape based on its geographical environment, featuring two rivers and two parks. The two rivers refer to the Xiaoqing River and the Ya Ba River, while the two parks are Changyang Park and the University Town Park.

It is primarily divided into three sections: the Urban Comprehensive Area, Wetland Exhibition Area, and Suburban Ecological Area. The park’s open lawns are expansive, with a variety of flowers including lotus, cherry blossoms, begonias, and lavender.
