The Changzhou Planning Exhibition Hall is located on the west side of the Citizen Square and is integrated with the museum. The building area of the planning exhibition hall is more than 9,000 square meters, and the exhibition area is nearly 6,000 square meters. The main functions are: displaying Changzhou’s long urban history, showing the brilliant achievements of Changzhou’s urban construction since the reform and opening up, and looking forward to the grand blueprint for Changzhou’s future development. The planning exhibition hall is an important window for Changzhou’s external publicity, an important platform for citizens to understand and participate in planning, and also an educational base for patriotism and love for Changzhou for teenagers in the city. The exhibition hall is divided into four floors: the first floor includes the preface hall, history hall, and 180-degree circular curtain hall; the second floor is the achievement and special planning exhibition hall; the third floor is the planning publicity hall; the fourth floor is the overall planning model exhibition hall. Opening hours: From January 1 to June 21, Tuesday to Sunday, day session 09:00 – 17:00. From January 1 to June 21, Monday, closed all day. During the Dragon Boat Festival (June 22 to June 24), Monday to Sunday, all day, 09:00 – 17:00. From June 25 to December 31, Tuesday to Sunday, day session 09:00 – 17:00.
