Chen Pan Memorial Hall is a temple established during the Ming and Qing dynasties to commemorate two famous water management officials of the Ming dynasty. These include Chen Xuan, the dredger of Qingjiangpu, and Pan Jixun, the constructor of the Hongze Lake Reservoir. The hall is a joint memorial for Chen Xuan and Pan Jixun.
