The China Guanlan Original Printmaking Industry Base, commonly known as the Printmaking Village, is located in Guanlan Dashuitian Community, Longhua District, Shenzhen City. It began planning in early 2006 and officially opened in May 2008. The planned area covers 1.4 million square meters, with a core area of 316,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive project integrating printmaking creation, production, exhibition, collection, exchange, research, training, and market development, advancing the cause and industry of printmaking in China. The printmaking base is divided into two main parts: the East and West Zones. The East Zone houses printmaking workshops and artist tribes, while the West Zone is the International Artists Village. The base is open all year round from 09:00 to 19:00, with specific business status subject to the day’s opening conditions.
