The Bicycle Theme Park is backed by Dongtan Avenue in the north, adjacent to Lugang River in the west, and Jiaoye Park Road on the southeast side. It covers an area of approximately 111.50 hectares. The park uses water systems and slopes to form a landscape pattern. The Bicycle Museum, as the main building of the theme park, presents a double helix shape, like an island on the site.
