Da Yi Mountain, known as the ‘First Divine Mountain’ of the Huaibei Plain, is part of the Tai Mountain range and dates back to the Archean Eon. With a history of over 2 billion years, it is named after the Shang Dynasty’s Prime Minister Yi Yin, who once lived in seclusion here.
Located more than 30 kilometers south of Lianyungang city, Da Yi Mountain consists of 12 peaks, with its main peak, Yi Zu Peak, reaching an elevation of 226.7 meters. It is open to visitors all year round, with full-day access.
