Located in the south of Huzhou City, Daochang Mountain, formerly known as Yunfeng, is the tail end of Tianmu Mountain. According to historical records: Daochang Mountain originally had pavilions such as Yanggao, Yiwan, Wanghu, Xiaoyue, Aishan, Futu, Ganquan, Taibai, and Miaomiao, each with distinct appearances and unique charm.
During the Qing Dynasty, nine pavilions still existed on the mountain, but they gradually fell into disrepair over time. Now, only Guanghao Pavilion remains on the hillside of Daochang Mountain, built in 1933, which is one of the later-built pavilions on the mountain. At the top of the mountain stands the Duo Bao Pagoda. Close to the summit, in the mountain recesses, lies the Wanshou Zen Temple, which has a significant influence in the Buddhist communities of Japan and Southeast Asia.Daochang Mountain
