The Dongyuan Neolithic Cultural Site is located at the eastern end of the Xisha Ridge where land formation occurred relatively early in the county. It is south of the Yushen River and about 4 kilometers away from the Tongyu Highway (i.e., Fan Gongdi). A large number of ancient relics, including pottery, stone tools, and bone tools, have been found in the site. These relics showcase the lifestyle and cultural characteristics of people at that time.
