The Dragon-shaped Field is located in the northwest corner of Zhaoming Academy, in the eastern part of the wetlands. It is named for its resemblance to a reclining dragon, vividly seen from the high ground on the opposite side of the river with its head to the west and tail to the east.

The area of the Dragon-shaped Field spans 7,500 square meters, with different crops planted in each of the four seasons.

To the south of the field stands the Clear Creek Bridge, beneath which a clear stream flows, ensuring that the field does not flood in summer or dry out in winter, maximizing the benefits of irrigation and drainage.

On the northern slope of the Dragon-shaped Field, there is a large patch of white chrysanthemum gardens. In October, when the chrysanthemums are in full bloom, the hillside becomes a sea of flowers, complementing the rice fields ripe for harvest, and captivating the hearts of visitors.

The Dragon-shaped Field is open all year round from 09:00 to 22:00, with the actual operating status subject to the day’s opening conditions.
