Encounter Museum · Nanjing Pavilion is the fifth physical venue under the Encounter Museum brand, located within the Nanjing National Innovation Park. It serves as the flagship pavilion of the Encounter Museum in Nanjing, with a construction area of 3200 square meters. The venue boasts two professional museum-level exhibition halls. The facility is well-equipped with a reception hall, luggage storage services, restrooms, and barrier-free services. The National Innovation Park, where the venue is situated, is adjacent to the Ming City Wall in the west and the Qinhuai River in the north. From the Jiangnan Coinage Bureau to the Nanjing Second Machine Tool Factory in the 1950s, it has carried on the century-old industrial heritage of China since the 19th century. The Encounter Museum · Nanjing Pavilion is jointly created by the Encounter Museum brand and the National Innovation Park (full name: Nanjing National Leading Talents Entrepreneurship Park), committed to revitalizing the ancient city’s culture through high-quality cultural and artistic content, stimulating urban vitality, and providing local audiences with a cultural leisure experience that allows them to stroll through classic art and savor the historical depth.
Opening hours: The venue is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; it is open from 10:00 to 18:00 from Tuesdays to Sundays; and it is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day. Preferential policies: Children under 1 meter (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult and enter for free; full-time undergraduate and below students can enjoy discounts with a student ID (underage students can use their ID card); seniors aged 70 and above can enter for free with an ID card or senior citizen card and must be accompanied by an adult; martyrs’ families can enjoy discounts with relevant valid documents; active-duty military personnel can enjoy discounts with an officer’s ID; veterans can enjoy discounts with relevant valid documents; retired cadres can enjoy discounts with a retirement ID; and people with disabilities can enjoy discounts with a disability ID.Encounter Museum · Nanjing Pavilion
