The exhibition content is divided into sections such as late Qing society and national crisis, democratic ideological trends and the rise of the revolution, the Wuchang Uprising and responses from various provinces, inauguration in Nanjing, the nine ministries’ cabinet, the abdication of the Qing emperor and the Provisional Constitution, getting rid of the old and establishing the new, and commemorating heroic martyrs.
It aims to review the arduous journey that the Chinese people have made in the past more than one hundred years in their unremitting struggle for national independence, national prosperity, people’s happiness, and national reunification, and to cherish the memory of the glorious achievements of revolutionary pioneers such as Dr. Sun Yat-sen in devoting themselves to rejuvenating China.
