Nianhua Bay is located between the mountains and waters of Mashan National Scenic Area in Binhu District, Wuxi City. It backs on the mountains and faces Taihu Lake. It is adjacent to the Ling Shan Grand Buddha. The ecology is beautiful and the environment is superior. The naming of ‘Nianhua Bay’ on the one hand comes from the classic story of the Buddha picking a flower and Mahakasyapa smiling at the Ling Shan assembly.

At the same time, it is also because the land where it is located is shaped like the magical landscape of a five-petal lotus. To the east of Nianhua Bay, near the mountain, there is a large slope called ‘Fantian Flower Sea’. ‘Brahma’ in ancient times was the god of creation in Brahmanism in India. After being introduced into Buddhism, it became the guardian god of Buddhism. ‘Brahma’ has also become a synonym for vastness.
