The former residence of Huang Zhongze is located in Shenxianguan Alley, Mashanbu, on the west side of the northern section of Jinling Middle Road. The existing building was left by Huang Zhongze’s ancestors and was built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is a typical Jiangnan residential building. The exhibition area of the former residence is more than 500 square meters. It takes the poetic charm of poet Huang Zhongze and his bumpy career and mental journey in his life as the content, and is divided into three areas: The two halls corresponding to the north and south are the exhibition areas of Huang Zhongze’s life. The west wing is the Liangdangxuan scenic area. Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00 all year round; Closed all day on Monday all year round.
