Fushi Reservoir is known as ‘the first reservoir in northern Zhejiang’. It was built in 1970. The dam is 42.8 meters high and 446 meters long. Both ends are connected to high mountains. The dam crest is at an altitude of 92.8 meters. The reservoir has a capacity of 217 million cubic meters and a water depth of 28 meters. Yacht and cruise ship tours are available on the water surface of Fushi Reservoir. There is also ‘bamboo raft tour’. Under the dam, there are amusement parks, orange orchards and vineyards. Along the bank of the reservoir is the ‘Tianfu Resort’ surrounded by mountains and waters. Open all year round and all day.
