Genzo Dream World is located at 6200 Jiasong Middle Road, Zhaoxiang Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai. It started business in December 2019. It is a parent-child shopping mall dedicated to creating a one-stop parent-child growth center for children. The unique pure children’s theme commercial venue model and rich science and education entertainment experience model allow children to fully experience the joy of making dreams by hand and make this place that carries dreams become an all-round educational and recreational living space for children outside of school and home.
Project: Genzo Dream World is located in Zhaoxiang, Qingpu. The project integrates parent-child experience, shopping, hotels, catering, office, and entertainment performances, and is committed to creating a one-stop parent-child growth center for children. The project is close to the Zhaoxiang exit of G50. The south and north sides are close to Metro Line 9 and Line 17 respectively.
Project composition: Dream Sky: a commercial complex mainly featuring parent-child experience formats for children (55,000 square meters). Dream Hill: Yide Dream Hill office industrial park (17,000). Dream Home: Jinjiang La Perle Hotel (8,000).
Design features: Designed by the world-renowned architect Tadao Ando. After designing countless excellent museums, art galleries, schools, and religious buildings, Tadao Ando became associated with Genzo in 2013 and was moved by the concept of the Dream World. Starting from a child’s perspective, he created a space exclusive to children. Genzo fills this space with sincere service and meticulous experience design, allowing children and parents to simultaneously obtain a rich and reassuring experience.

Educational theory: Children’s social education – A children’s education expert team forms the Children’s Social Education Research Institute. Project positioning: One-stop children’s parent-child growth center – The third educational and recreational place outside of school and home.
