It is a comprehensive cultural tourism resort integrating ecology and nature, wisdom and technology, art and humanities. The total area of the first phase of the project is about 2120 acres, with more than 1000 acres of water area. This place boasts the beauty of nature, ecology, art, and architecture, relying on natural ecological landscapes, utilizing rich water resources, blending strong contemporary culture, and incorporating a ginkgo viewing forest composed of 30,000 ginkgo trees, raising herbivorous animals such as sika deer, black swans, and alpacas, as well as a 5-kilometer tram around the lake. Regarding Refunds: Orders that have been successfully purchased but not redeemed support refunds but not changes. Combo tickets do not support partial refunds or changes. About Animal Feeding: The small animals in the park have specialized food for feeding. To ensure their health and safety, please do not bring your own food to feed the animals. Your understanding is appreciated.Regarding the Small Train: The current starting point for the lake tour small train is the Second Station·North Wing, with fixed departures at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM daily, both of which depart on time. After entering the park, please make sure to arrive at the starting platform 10-15 minutes in advance to queue for the train. There are three different styles of small trains, and you will be randomly assigned to one for the ride, which is approximately 5 kilometers long and takes about 60 minutes to circle the lake, allowing you to enjoy the full view of Ginkgo Swan Lake. The park will add more departures based on the daily passenger flow and will inform you in advance before entering the park.
