Guanwang Temple, also known as Guandi Temple, Martial Temple, and Guanyue Temple. In 1489, the second year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty, Ji Qi, the assistant magistrate of Yingtian Prefecture, summoned Gaochun wealthy merchant Wang Liqi and others to initially build it in Gaochun Old Street. After several destructions and reconstructions, Guanwang Temple was restored in April 2004. After reconstruction, Guanwang Temple covers an area of more than 3,800 square meters. Inside, there are mountain gates, screen walls, halberd gates, sacrificial halls (enjoyment halls), Qisheng Temple (main hall), east and west side halls, bell and drum pavilions, ‘Qisukianqiufang’, and ‘Yiguanyuntianfang’. It is a scenic spot for displaying religious culture in Gaochun Old Street. The opening hours are subject to the opening status on the day.
