Guizi Mountain in Nanjing is located in Liuhe District, Nanjing. Guizi Mountain covers an area of 0.2 square kilometers and is 52.6 meters high. Its east side is basalt. The stone pillar forest is developed in basalt. It is one of the eighteen scenic spots in Liuhe and the eight new scenic spots in Liuhe. The Guizi Mountain Stone Pillar Forest covers an area of 15 hectares. The steep wall is more than 30 meters high. It is all composed of stone pillars with a diameter of about 0.5 meters. They are arranged neatly and closely, with strange shapes, majestic momentum and strange scenery. It is extremely spectacular as if made by supernatural craftsmanship. After inspection by foreign geological experts, they gave high praise. The Liuhe stone pillar forest is more spectacular than Yellowstone National Park in the United States, richer than volcanic groups in Iceland, and more beautiful than stone pillars in Ireland.
