Hai Zhou Bay Ocean Park in Lianyungang covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 12,000 square meters. It is a large-scale ocean-themed park that integrates scientific education, tourism, and themed entertainment. As a marine aquarium that combines marine fishery culture with live marine organism exhibitions, it is the largest and most comprehensive ocean science and education venue in the coastal areas of Jiangsu.
The park features eight major exhibition areas: Underwater World, Jellyfish Palace, Coral World, Marine Exquisite Organism Exhibition Area, Marine Animal Performance Hall, Marine Fishery Culture Exhibition Hall, and a dynamic 5D cinema. In addition, there are children’s castles, boating, fish catching, catering, and merchandise departments. The ocean park holds over 6,000 tons of seawater and displays more than 600 types of marine life, totaling over 10,000 individuals. Visitors can get up close and personal with marine animals, watch animal performances, participate in feeding and interactive games, and take commemorative photos. Moreover, the ocean park is equipped with advanced diving gear, allowing visitors to explore the seabed under the guidance and company of professional diving instructors.
