Haiyun Park is located at the southwest intersection of Nanhai Road and Binhai Avenue. It was initially constructed in March 1994 and was completed and opened to the public in September of the following year. The park, with a total investment of 4.75 million yuan, covers an area of 22,098 square meters, including a water area of 2,800 square meters and a construction area of 856 square meters, with a greenery rate of 77%. The park integrates modern vitality into its garden landscape and is divided into six scenic areas: Romantic Future, Starlight Gathering, Beautiful Mountains and Waters, Harbor of Dreams, Blue Fantasy, and Sea’s Contemplation. Since 1997, children’s playground facilities have been installed. The park is open all year round, 24/7.
