Han Xin’s hometown is the place where Han Xin, one of the three outstanding figures in the early Han Dynasty, was born and grew up. It is located in Huaiyin District, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province. Huaiyin is named after being located south of the Huai River. Since it was established as a county in the Qin Dynasty and has a history of more than 2,300 years with its administrative seat in Matou Town (221 BC). There are Piao Mu Temple, Piao Mu Tomb, Han Hou Park, etc.
