The Hangzhou Cherry Blossom Garden is a dedicated site for cherry blossom appreciation, covering an area of 600 acres. It boasts 27 varieties and nearly 60,000 cherry blossom trees growing across six hills of varying sizes, with Matsuzuki and Yoshino, two Japanese cherry blossoms, being predominant, accounting for more than half of the total. The garden features early, mid, and late cherry blossoms, with a blooming period that lasts up to 45 days, including rare varieties imported at a high cost. Japanese cherry blossoms are the main attraction, and there is also a 10-kilometer-long cherry blossom avenue.
