Winter is the best time to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World. Harbin Ice and Snow World often opens during Winter of Harbin. It is not sure about when it will reopen in next winter. In 2019, Harbin Ice and Snow World usually opens from the 23th, December of the last year to 17th, February. Warm Tips for Your Travel in Harbin Ice and Snow World
